How case information and personal data are collected, processed, retained and protected.
Never share your wallet seed phrase, private keys or passwords with anyone, including anyone claiming to be RecoveryUSA. We will never ask for them. Anyone who does is attempting to steal from you.
Information we collect
When you submit a case we collect the details you provide: your name, email, incident type, transaction hashes or wallet addresses, network, approximate amount, date, a description of what happened, and any evidence images you upload.
When you use the contact form we collect your name, email and message. If you create an account we store your sign-in details through our authentication provider.
How we use it
We use this information to assess your case, trace transactions, communicate with you about progress, and respond to enquiries. We do not sell your personal data.
How we protect it
Case records are visible only to you and RecoveryUSA administrators. Evidence images are kept in private storage and are opened through temporary links. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections.
No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim any security certification or regulatory compliance status. Never share your wallet seed phrase, private keys or passwords with us or anyone else.
Retention
We keep case information for as long as needed to assess and track your case and to keep reasonable records. You may ask us to delete your information by contacting us, subject to any legal obligations.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that run this website, and where you ask us to or the law requires it.
